US99 Presents: Corey Kent - Heartland Rock and Roll Tour with Tyler Nance

About Corey Kent: Infusing Oklahoma roots with the untamed energy of a rebel rocker, Sony Music Entertainment's Corey Kent has made a career of stretching sonic bounds and standing on conviction. Rising from the dancehalls and dive bars around his home in Bixby, the unorthodox singer-songwriter counts over 1 billion career streams and a series of gritty, country-rock hits -- born from fighting for every success. After moving home to work for a paving company in 2020, Kent returned to Nashville as an underdog hero for his 2023's Blacktop and the sophomore album Black Bandana, becoming a fan favorite on headline tours and high-profile supporting runs with Morgan Wallen, Jason Aldean, and more. He has since earned two Number Ones at country radio -- including the 3X Platinum , "rdquo" -> Wild As Her" and his Gold-certified , "rdquo" -> This Heart" -- plus the Platinum-certified , "rdquo" -> Something's Gonna Kill Me." Kent also counts hard won critical acclaim and an international fanbase, but with new trust in his instincts and the buzz of two career-caliber hits in the making (the rugged single , "rdquo" -> Rocky Mountain Low (feat. Koe Wetzel)" and gusty , "rdquo" -> Empty Words"), his third major label album marks a breakthrough. Authoritatively titled Heartland Rock and Roll, the scrappy singer-songwriter creates a sound so definitive, it needed a new name. Golden-hour nostalgia meets gratitude and grit in a mellow, slow burn of raspy country soul, as 16 tracks produced by Austin Goodloe forever blur the line between country, and rock.
